They are fraudsters, they sell their own lubricant at highest price than the market in the name of service but they don't have any oil changing machine or proper equipments. They do it like a normal garage. Better to go at local shop and buy same or better quality lubricants ats better price. They don't sell normal petrol after 12 Midnight they will force you to buy V Power only

Today at about 08:10 am the same story happened again. I waited for 20 minutes to get some fuel in my vehicle. I never received a prompt response, every time I visited. It is really painful when you are in a hurry, in the early morning to reach your workplace, and especially when you trust someone. I like Shell for its quality and have about 2900 shell points to be redeemed in my app. No one is there to write complaints, the person who was introduced as supervisor didn't have passion for listening and was very argumentative. Put lots of effort to get a complaint book but the counterman refused to provide a copy of the complaint. After lodging a complaint in the book So called supervisor became furious and started to abuse....... Really felt very bad.
