Staff is arogant and not at all interested to give any information of shell store products. If we ask any questions related to products then they just say, you find yourself. Even if you search any product and ask but assistance then also they are not in mindset to do so. NOTE - This is situation when there was no any crowd or even any other single customer in store apart from me.

Shell has been always good in service, i have experienced the difference in quality of shell fuel. It is much better than HP or Indian oil etc. The only problem recently i see is the attitude of some of the staff here at this fuel station. Also, the timings of shell store/ cafe. They do not sell anything after 11 pm even if the fuel station is open. Not sure what kind of billing system they have but there is this issue that i couldn’t buy any supply like wiper blade or a chocolate. Shell has always been good at service. I’ve noticed a difference in the quality of Shell fuel compared to HP or Indian Oil. It’s much better. The only issue I’ve recently encountered is the attitude of some staff at this fuel station. Another problem is the timings of the Shell store and cafe. They don’t sell anything after 11 pm even if the fuel station is open. I’m not sure what kind of billing system they have, but this has caused me to miss out on buying essentials like wiper blades or even general stuff like water, chips & chocolates.
