The Tone and attitude of the person who is pumping the petrol is very rude. Since I haven't tried shell petrol because it's little costlier than other commercialy available brands. But my friend suggested to try shell petrol is good than other brands though it's costlier. Hence I visited this bunk for pumping the petrol. I'm not aware about their rules to be followed for putting the petrol. In other brand pumps we can enter and exit in either way if no other customer is waiting in the queue, but in shell its having one entry and one exit, I'm not aware of it. The employee can guide me on this rather than showing his attitude towards me. Then I left the bunk and filled petrol in HP pump next to it. With this attitude of the employee no business can't survive lasts.

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the rude and unprofessional behavior of a cashier at your Shell petrol pump. I visited the Shell petrol pump yesterday at around 11:55 PM While I was inside the store, I politely asked the cashier whether coffee was available. Instead of responding courteously, the cashier replied in a rude manner, saying that he did not know about it. His tone and attitude were unprofessional and disrespectful. I would like to clarify that I was not asking for anything free. I was a paying customer and only expected a basic, polite response. Unfortunately, the behavior of the cashier made the experience unpleasant and did not meet the customer service standards expected from a brand like Shell. I kindly request the management to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action. Proper customer handling and professional behavior are essential, and I hope necessary steps will be taken to ensure such incidents do not happen again
