Passing through banglore i Visited this outlet today 16 Feb 2026 night time after 10 pm... The station was open and actively dispensing fuel. However, when I requested air for my tyres, I was informed by the Manager that air service is not provided after 10 PM due to lack of staff. The air machine was locked. Provision of free air at fuel stations is generally treated as a basic customer facility under standard retail outlet norms in India. Denial of such a facility while continuing commercial fuel operations raises concerns regarding customer service obligations and potential deficiency of service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Requesting clarification from management regarding official policy on night time air service.
