It's been 15 years - I'm Loyal client of Shell. But this recent incident hurt me a lot. It was 11:30 AM - Me and my wife reached the Shell petrol pump ( this Sabarmati one, where usually fill our car's fuel ) My wife was Sick and she needs to use the washroom and I requested a person to open the female washroom, but that guy rudely replied that the petrol pump is closed - no one can enter afterwards. I again requested him that my wife is sick and she needs to use the washroom - we are not here for fuel but that person screamed at us and ordered us to leave. I don't have any way then leave. Luckily we got another washroom 500 mtr towards Visat at Hospital. But this incident hurt me a lot. I request the Shell management authority to utilize the washroom is human right - you can't say upfront "NO" to any sick person. Very Disappointed...!!!

Don't buy any car accessories from here. I recently bought boss company wipers worth RS 423/- quality of wipers is worst. Highly disappointed.
