Worst Shell fuel station i hv ever Visited.. Unprofessional Behaviour.The live food and coffee counter is just for name sake.I live nearby i frequently visit this station whenever i go they say no coffee, no foods, no staff available for preparing foods.Worst customer experience..I always visit shell for their professional service but this one is exception.

Usually there will be physically challenged person who fills the air in this shell bunk and he will not get tips even if we offer, such a good personality. But yesterday evening it was horrible experience with another guy, I filled petrol and was waiting at Air check area for sometime and there were no one available. The employees were having fun and literally watching me and did not turn up yet. When I started to do the task on my own, then one guy ran up to me and started to argue with me saying that their manager will scold if the customer is filling the air. Then I asked them why you did not turn up immediately after seeing me, he responded (in thwarting sound) that they are drinking tea and we have to wait until they finish and come up, no matter how long it takes. Then he started to fight me literally and then he filled the air for my tyre. He showed at me asking to go and chime back after sometime. How come shell is hiring such kind of attitude guys?? I thought shell is such a professional agency but did not expect such a kind cheap behavior from their "Kelambakkam - VK Road" agency. One of the very worst rowdism behavior seen in this branch.

Kelambakam shell petrol pump service station: It is the worst service so far I have seen, better to remove the service people & automate it like foreign countries.
