Based on the guests' opinions, waiters offer good coffee. Sadly, if you look through the visitors' comments, the staff is professional at Shell. Nice service is something that guests would like to improve here. You will like democratic prices. Google users are quite generous with this place: it was rated 4 stars.

Always there are no staffs for deli2go cafe. They simply say no staffs but they put the light on for deli2go. It is very disappointing always.

Very poor service by the agent. Besides its premium quality, Shell is known for its customer service. I beg to differ for the same in this branch. I don't want to mention the person's name, but the agent shows respect only when the owner shows up. After filling in the petrol, he demands that I walk to him to scan and pay for the fuel. I have never seen this attitude in any of the Shell bunks I've been to. Not to mention, this is the only place where I have seen the owner of the bunk come to the bunk and welcoming customers in a humble manner.
