Fuel is good but the service at this outlet needs a lot of improvement. On several occasions there have been multiple staff members inside the store but just one or nobody to fill fuel and you end up waiting.

I think this is the only shell fuel station without the shell power and they have been saying lame reasons for months now. But the advertisement at the entrance and everything inside says power is the best but what’s the use if they don’t have it. Half the time, card machine done work and sometimes they don’t even ask for the shell app. The staffs here behave based on their mood at the time of refueling

The ladies toilet was without toilet seat on 23rd January 2026. The staff in the outlet asked me to complain online. The Shell app which I have no provision to give a feedback.
