Hi shell Team, Am residing near to Shell 200 feet radial road gas station. So, my regular routine is to fill gas, coffee ,snacks and air check at this station. Recently, i had a pathetic experience with customer service ,day before yesterday ( 18th Nov.17.52 pm Eve) i've fueled petrol gas for Rs.2500/- ( usually they give discount of Rs.70/- for above Rs.2500/- ).This time , they say shell app has problem , we couldn't do discount and bluntly close the conversation. After then, most of the time, when we look for air check the shell staff won't be available in the air check station. We need to call some one to check air and most times ,they neglect to do the service and says staff is not available or air check machine is under maintenance ( But, when u check it on, psi reading are working on it). Today morning, I've went to gas station for air check and waiting for 2-5 minutes. No one shows any care to customer, but they keep looking from few yards and staring at me. So, i've approached to check air. The staff respond me, showing his wrist watch and says staff need to come for air check. (Hapened time 8.15 am +- ). As if he some one else standing they’re wearing shell uniform and not doing his job and more of serve. Later, I've ask him, shall i fill air to car on my own with his permission. After then, I've showed my earlier receipt of not giving discount for earlier gas filling at the station. He keep quiet and no reply to my conversation. I can take photo of this staff with name badge and do formal complaint. What if , all staff are being like this other than him( only if you experience each and every staff , we could get to know each one of them.) But, it not customer job to keep posting or having unpleasant conversation with them. Shell team, Please have a random inspection to the every gas station and get the live experience of the staff with customer . Also, please don't send standard format reply message to contact the below number and file the complaint.
