Shell doesn’t need introduction when it comes to its products but I really have to appreciate the staffs here for their excellent customer service. Especially Mr. Arun Kumar who assisted me with my queries as well as Senguttuvan (Shell Select) who was warm enough to assist me with products from the store Highly recommended fuel station to fill you and your vehicle’s hunger. We came for engine oil change for XUV 500. The staffs were very reckless while removing the engine cover and ended breaking a part of it, despite of me warning them not to do it if they don’t know how to remove it. If they don’t know how to do it, they should have avoided it. They tried to convince me stating that feviquik is the only option to fix it. We are a regular customer here for both fuel and engine oil change. Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional.
