Shame on Shell India to still allow this franchise to operate. The air inflating machine never works (that's what the staff claim) and everytime I have to pick a fight to get my car tyre pressure checked. Overall, I find most of the staff overtly eager to cross-sell products like oil top-up etc but not interested to render basic services like inflating air etc. I am surprised how this bunk is still operational despite the lackadaisical behavior of their staff.

Don’t waste your time by going here. This is my continuous 10th time they say there is no normal petrol only they are having Power Petrol. If they having only power petrol why are they having pump. This is very very bad.
