very poorly maintained, you see more staff than customers here, yet you need to wait to get their attention as they pretend not seeing you . This happens most of the times I go here

One person available for fueling. No air filling facility available. Shame on shell. No supportive only talking and advertising. Bad experience. Now another problem with robotic response. I continued to hold the customer line for more than 5 minutes. Irritating customer service and fuel station too.
