The usual air filling guy wasn't there and no one was there in place of him as well. Another guy came and filled air but he was so unhappy about it and in his ignorance scratched my car on the side with the air outlet made of metal. Been a regular customer to this outlet for the past two years filling up petrol almost every week. But this is my last visit to this outlet.

No respect for customers. The Shell Select here is just for namesake. The employees don't respect customers and are "staunch" about customers not using the convenience of the Shell select seating area even in case of rains. I had just redeemed my points for a consumable product and was about to sit in the Shell Select Delivery seating space to have it, when the employee at the counter sternly told me to just "go have it outside". As you can see from the pic, it's raining. Shell is going down in terms of Customer service. They could just send customers back instead of being rude and bringing down the corporation's name. Terrible customer experience.
