I used to buy petrol and tuty oil for all my 2-stroke bikes, and I am a regular Shell customer. However, each time I visit, your staff is rude, and they don't have scissors to cut the tuty oil containers. This resulted in spills on my tank, causing paint damage. I wonder what your management is doing in these situations. Why can't you train your staff to better serve customers?

First - Top quality fuel Two - Excellent service Three - courteous staff Four - accurate air pump Five - a good inhouse coffee shop. Six - open 24 hrs 7 days a week .
