Extremely bad experience at Shell Chromepet location. We were waiting for a long time for fuel refill. We even kept shifting a few points. But the staff were just ignoring and leaving the filling points. And then they were concentrating on the vehicles standing after us. This is ridiculous and we left without filling at the petrol station. Negative rating for this bunk. Pathetic.
