They filled v-power petrol instead of unleaded without asking us. The employee took it for granted without even asking us. And there was no basic courteous reply even after questioning the staff.

I went to refuel my bike and noticed there was no density reading displayed. I asked the staff for the density of the normal petrol, and the response I received was shockingly rude. He said, "It's not required for me to tell you the density," in an unprofessional tone. I politely asked again, mentioning that I usually prefer Shell for its quality. Unfortunately, he repeated the same line, again very rudely. Not wanting to escalate the situation, I chose to leave without creating a scene. I've never encountered such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior at a Shell station before. Shell India, I sincerely hope you take this seriously and look into the conduct of your staff at this location.
