Polite, helpful, respectful I was stranded, quite early in the morning. No restaurants were open, no restroom to use. Came across this place and the staff was so helpful. Washrooms so clean. Then I sat in the Shell Deli2Go and wow! Such sweet place. Had some yummy hot idli, and coffee. They have a small space for people to sit. Never thought I’d say this for a petrol bunk, but definitely gonna come back.

Very worst service by name of girl Ambika she's talking too much for 2mints park I had my vechile there past 5 years I'm very regular customer of shell every time I'll go to fuel this vital malya road but today on words I'll won't go to any shell petrol bank kindly take the action wth her or give her training how to talk wth customer.
