Horrible experience at Shell Sadashivanagar. I trusted them for a coolant top-up, but due to poor workmanship, my car suffered a major leak within a week, causing smoke and requiring a tow to the service centre. I've written to Shell customer care with images and full details of the stress, time, and money lost. Hoping for a prompt and fair response.

This is probably the only shell petrol bunk which has very poor service. The staff is not bothered. When I went to fill in petrol, there was just one pump which was operational. There were two other guys who were just chatting and one other was playing on his mobile. When I asked if other pumps are not working, one of the guy smiled and then gestured me towards the other pump. Attitude of these workers are as though they are doing us a favor. This is not one such incident, I have faced unnecessary delays atleast on 2 other ocassion.

Just Like any other Shell outlet but the staff here is very rude and without any motivation for service
