I recently inquired about biryani for our church anniversary function, and I was impressed from the start. The customer service was exceptional, with prompt responses and a welcoming attitude. The Seeraga Samba Biryani we ordered was incredibly authentic, with perfectly flavored rice. Our guests, including elders and kids, were all highly satisfied with the taste; it wasn't too spicy or oily—everything was well balanced. The service was perfect, with staff providing friendly, smiling service throughout the event. I only paid an advance, and since it was my first time working with this caterer, I was a bit unsure. At the end of the function, when I asked about the balance amount, the caterer told me, "Sir, I think you were busy, so kindly pay when you're free." This level of consideration truly shows how much they value their customers. I believe this commitment to customer value will continue with my upcoming catering needs. I hope this positive attitude towards customers remains unchanged. For anyone looking for super authentic biryani, I highly recommend this caterer.
