The people answering the phone in Sheetal Bukhara are incredibly rude. We politely asked for Take Away Menu as we do not have it. Our request was rejected. Food was also not upto the mark.

Everything it’s cracked up to be here. Dropped in for a quick lunch and they didn’t disappoint. Their boneless goat meat is delicious, the roti, perfect, and the chicken succulent. Service unparalleled.

By mistake, my 5-year-old child broke a quarter plate, and to my surprise, the restaurant added the cost to my bill. This is the first time I’ve seen such an attitude from a restaurant owner. Instead of handling the situation with understanding, they chose to prioritize a small item over customer goodwill. Even the valet mentioned that many customers have stopped coming due to the owner’s poor behavior. As a regular customer for years, I expected much better treatment.
