Had a really bad experience here. After finishing my meal (a quarter Alfahm and a lime juice), I asked for the bill — but no one bothered to respond. I waited for around 15–20 minutes at the counter, and the person there just ignored me completely. It’s your responsibility to collect payment from customers, not the other way around. Eventually, I got tired of being ignored and just walked out. To the owner: If you're reading this, please send your UPI ID and the bill amount — I’m happy to pay for what I ordered. My intention was never to leave without paying, but I was left with no option due to your staff's negligence. Service: 1

The food was delivered after much delay.. The shawarma which was ordered at 8.50 pm was delivered after 10pm after repeated delay from the restaurant. That even for just 6kms. The shawarma from 'Shawarmer' lost all its warmth and was too cold and wet to eat.
