We as a couple had lunch from here.The food was great we had shawaya (Near to Authentic) Mandi rice was just average.The reason for this review is regarding the worst service we have experienced from server.We asked for Two quarter pieces of shawaya which was leg piece and he served us and again we asked for leg piece which we said you can charge us extra if needed but he said its not possible that they wont be able to sell the rest pieces which we are hearing for the first time in our life.As i as a customer we pay for what we need and satisfying our preferences. Shawarmathi Kottakkal is a Shwarma and Arabian Dishes outlet located near Mini road Junction, Kottakkal. Turkish Charcoal Shawarma, Shawaya, Momos, Fried Chicken and different kinds of juices get from here. Decent dining space provided. Parking is limited. Get away orders didn't take that much time. I have took their Turkish Charcoal Shawarma, which was for me average in taste.
