Ordered gulab jamun jalebi and samosa chat , first of all I don’t think care about customer expectations cause they think they are already a name in the market . Gulab jamun and jalebi was absolutely cold and not fresh at all , samosa chat had excess salt which I tried to eat but was not able to hence I had to dump all of those , so everything I ordered was a waste , They are not at all concerned about cx satisfaction and it’s time to find good alternatives.
