Probably the worst Arsalan in Kolkata Tried lots of Arsalan this one was the worst. Problems I faced 1. Egg shells in my boiled egg. 2. The lime soda and masala soda was warm (later when I complained got ice) 3. Couldn’t drink lime soda at all (lime was spoiled) 4. No water in toilet for 30min 5.The staff didn’t care at all The staff need to improve a lot. I have been to Park circus Arsalan and Arsalan near ruby those were sooo good and polite. Here the staff don’t care at all. I hope the owner sees this and improves. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Mutton pieces are like half of what they offered previously. But price hike is huge. Very bad business policy.... Arsalan South City deteriorated its quality. Now they are using their band value to sell biriyani with the smallest and cheap quality mutton pieces with a hiked price.

The Arsalan biryani serves horrible biryani the aloo was so deeply fried and the meats was also so bad in taste plus the rice was salty
