Terrible experience. Ordered a plain dosa and it was soggy, cold, and absolutely tasteless. One of the worst dosas I’ve had. Prices charged were much higher than what was clearly mentioned on the menu card, and GST was added separately at billing, which is misleading and unethical. Extremely overpriced for such poor quality. Total waste of money. Never visiting again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

Absolutely disappointed with Sharma Restaurant in Durgapur. The service was downright unprofessional. One of their staff members behaved very rudely and acted in a cheap and disrespectful manner. It’s shocking how poorly they treat customers. We visit restaurants not just for food, but for a good experience—and this place completely failed on that front. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for decent service or a basic sense of hospitality. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
