Sharma Brothers Sweets Shop has earned a reputation for serving decent puris, but it has some notable drawbacks that detract from the overall experience. The puris, while not exceptional, offer a satisfying taste, making them a reliable option for a quick snack. However, the sweets are inconsistent in quality, with freshness often questionable. On one occasion, I experienced stale sweets, which prompted me to raise a concern. Instead of receiving an apology or acknowledgment, the staff, particularly the owner, responded rudely, even accusing me of lying about the issue. This negative behavior left a bad impression, as customer service seemed to be an afterthought. One positive aspect of the shop is the presence of a Campa refrigerator, which does offer some relief in terms of a refreshing drink option. However, this is not enough to redeem the overall experience. The behavior of the staff can vary, with the older man being polite and accommodating, but the owner’s rude attitude overshadows any positives. While Sharma Brothers Sweets Shop may be a convenient option if you're nearby and in need of a quick bite, it’s hard to recommend it based on the lack of consistency in product quality and the unpleasant customer service.
