3.5/5. Sharma chats, of Rajajinagar game, have opened a bandi (more like a large van) in Vijayanagara. The masal Puri is decent, made with white batani. It's not spicy. If you want, you could add extra khaara on top, it is quite fresh. But located on a footpath, you have some space to stand and eat peacefully. And if you have a 2 wheeler, there is some parking as well. Price is reasonable.
