*1/5 stars - Disappointing Experience I recently visited Sharma Bhojnalya ambala from chandigarh with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The food was unappetizing, and the service was even worse. The owner seemed particularly uninterested in ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The dishes we ordered were presented with a noticeable lack of effort, and the taste was far from impressive. When I politely expressed my disappointment to the owner, I was met with a dismissive attitude. The staff, including the water service, seemed equally unenthusiastic. For a restaurant to succeed, it's essential to prioritize both the quality of food and customer service. Sharma bhojnalya fell short on both counts.
