I ordered a cake for my son's bday almost a week earlier but the cake was not even ready at the cake cutting time. All my guests were at the venue for the bday celebration & i was standing & waiting for the cake. Moreover, the owner of the shop was so rude, loud & arrogant with me , he couldnt even accepting his mistake & repeatedly arguing with me. Substandard & terrible Such a bad & very arrogant behaviour.
