Very disappointing experience. I tried contacting the delivery executive multiple times, but he was unresponsive and arrived almost an hour late. When asked, he said he collects all orders together to earn incentives. Due to this, my food arrived cold and the delay was unacceptable. Zomato should prioritize customer experience over such practices.

Hi, I'm a Bangalore visitor from Hyderabad. when we looked for food, I ordered chicken dum biryani and mutton egg kheema roti from Sharief Bhai Biryani. It tastes awesome and mouth watering. myself and my family enjoyed and loved to have my ordered items. Next level of tasty food. I have rarely tasted like this in Hyderabad.
