Worst service ever! Visited Hotel Sharada Veg Non Veg for a birthday celebration, but encountered utter disappointment. No staff attended to our orders, resulting in late and cold food. The hotel was undergoing ventilation fan repairs, filling the air with smoke, making it impossible to enjoy our meal. Despite paying over 4000, we were rudely denied permission to cut the cake because of other customers waiting outside. Unacceptable behavior! Families, avoid this place at all costs.
