Today I had the opportunity to try out a Special Fish Thali at SHARDA BAR AND RESTAURANT @ Fatorda, Margao, South Goa and well it was an unforgettable experience. The Thali was a perfect representation of traditional Goan flavours and textures with the combination of the best possible authentic goan delicacies which includes the perfect Fish. The Fish was incredibly fresh and cooked to ultimate perfection. The Thali had all the best possible authentic Goan sides which added up to its great flavours. Each and every dish was perfectly spiced and complimented each other. The first time I have had salad with two small dry fish in them. It was unique but tasty. Lovely pudding too in the thali which was a bit different from the usual. If you are a Sea food lover and especially a Thali lover then this is a place to go to. The ambiance was great. Less noise. Aircon was a perfect thing as the temperature outside was very hot. All in all a great experience. A must visit place in South Goa.
