2/5 stars I recently visited Sharada Restaurant on BM Road, Mandya, and had a mixed experience. While the food was decent, there were some issues with the service and management that left a sour taste. Firstly, there was no price menu card available, and when I asked the receptionist/cashier, they mentioned that prices are not mentioned anywhere in the menu. This lack of transparency made it difficult for me to make informed choices. Furthermore, the cashier informed me that special meals were unlimited, but the servers refused to serve the item for the second time. This inconsistency between what was promised and what was delivered was disappointing. I would request the management to take action and maintain a price menu as per the FSSAI rules. This would help improve transparency and customer satisfaction. With some improvements in service and management, Sharada Restaurant can enhance its overall experience for customers.
