Strong Complaint about Unacceptable Service, Staff Attitude I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the abysmal service and unprofessional conduct of the staff at Shanti Stay Hotel. The owner's shocking level of rudeness and utter carelessness, combined with the persistently poor attitude displayed by the entire staff, turned my stay into an utterly unpleasant experience. (READ THRU SOME COMMENTS ON HIS LEVEL OF RUDENESS) Furthermore, the quality of the food served was nothing short of disastrous, with a complete lack of taste and a dismal standard of preparation.
