I was on tour to Udupi and nearby places and had booked my stay at Ocean pearl, Udupi. This restaurant is on the ground floor of the Ocean pearl hotel. Me and my family depended on this restaurant for our breakfast, lunch and dinner. The price here is moderate for the very tasty food they provide. Their idly sambar Vada and dry coconut chutney is amazing. Goli baaji 6 in numbers served in the evening along with ginger tea is a must try. Poori potato and rava masala , masala dosa etc were yummy. Their neer dosa is outstanding. The staff here are very cooperative and friendly. Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently visited Sagar Ratna Udupi and ordered the South Indian Special Thali, which included a variety of dishes and was supposed to come with ice cream. However, the ice cream was not provided. The food quality was not up to the mark, and the service was very poor. Additionally, there was a long delay in providing the bill. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their service and food quality. Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600
