[Review pertains to Shankar's Cake World only and not Shankar Bakery adjacent to it] Rating: 2.5/5. Cake - Good (Room for improvement). Service - Dissatisfied (explained below). Atmosphere - Fine I gave order over the WhatsApp without going to the shop [5/5] overall good experience – there was assurance for completing the cake by 5PM & delivery option being available. When i called at 5PM there was delay of 2 hours (7PM), after that they said they could not deliver due to unavailability of any delivery person[1/5]. {Agreeing for delivery then turning back leads to customer's dissatisfaction. Please employ or hire more delivery persons. Or. Inform customers initially while taking orders for delivery not being available, such last time disruptions often give unpleasant experiences. I have a busy schedule and I live alone, thus for me it is an important factor} Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Parking space: Difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Wheelchair accessibility: As shop is in basement it is not wheelchair accessible.
