This is my first time purchasing banana chips and mixture from Sankaran Bakery. While I was pleased with the ambiance and the customer service, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the items I received. The banana chips were broken into small pieces, and I even found a black thread-like object inside the packet. This raises serious concerns about the food quality and hygiene standards. Although I did not conduct a formal quality check, I felt it was important to bring this to your attention. These are food items meant for human consumption, and maintaining proper quality and packaging is essential. I sincerely request the management to look into this matter and take steps to improve both the product quality and packaging. I hope you understand my concern and take appropriate action.
