If you travel to ajmer, must visit Shankar Chaat house,and try their kochoris. Especially Kadi Kachori. The combination is unique and quite tasty. Mirchi vada is equally tasty. There are many sweet items also like Jalebi, malpua,lassi & gulab jamun etc. Visited early morning, still there was good crowd at this place. You have to stand/sit outside or get it packed. It's a pocket friendly place and you will definitely enjoy the food.
