I’m writing to express my disappointment with the food I received from your restaurant. The fried rice I ordered was smelling very bad and seemed completely unfit to eat. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened — I had a similar experience last time as well. As a customer, I expect basic hygiene and quality standards to be maintained, especially from a place I choose to order from more than once.
