I visited last Friday with kid to Shanghai barasat branch with lots of expectations. We were offered buffet. When we asked it was a table served buffet. We still went ahead. But there was only one person who was serving all the tables in lunch time. Service was sooo delayed that we lost appetite. Food was so so. But the service was so disgusting. When you are taking money you should provide better service. Why you are offering buffet when you dont have the setup? Appetizers are coming after main course. Momo was horrible. I had to seat there for more than 3 hrs. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Food taste & quality are not up to the mark, ordered multiple times still it never improved . It's not worth the money yoy pay for ! That's why have stopped ordering from Shanghai ! Need to work on their food quality ! Just a few minutes away there is Chowman, it's far better & they actually take review everytime you go or take delivery ! Their service is far more better ! Food: 2 Service: 2 Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400
