Review for Shanghai Chef / Kobe SizzlerExtremely disappointing experience from a place I used to visit regularly.We confirmed about a discount before ordering, and the server assured us it was applicable. After dining, they conveniently refused it, claiming new conditions that were never mentioned earlier. Speaking to the owner was even worse — instead of resolving the issue, he argued and showed zero professionalism.I paid the full amount without further debate, but the tactics used here feel dishonest and misleading.When I raised the issue with Zomato, the restaurant responded with false statements instead of accepting fault.They even promote reviews in exchange for free ice cream — but no thank you, you can keep it. I won’t be coming back.Not recommended for anyone who values honesty and good service.
