Shan Bakery, one of the oldest bakeries at Palarivattom Junction, is easily located at the junction but finding parking for four-wheelers can be difficult. Unlike other bakeries, they pack items according to the order rather than pre-packaging. They offer a wide variety of chips, along with snacks like cutlets, sandwiches, puffs, chocolates, and cakes. The service is very good, and the rates are reasonable. A nice spot for freshly packed items, though parking could be a challenge.
