Veryyyy slow...serving only VVIPs...normal people have to wait for atleast half an hour...we have visited multiple times on different occasions...the service has literally keep getting worst...

worst popcorn i ever had , Carmel popcorn & salted butter popcorn both taste was pathetic , road side popcorn are 1000 times better than Shams fast food popcorn,it's totally waste of money, please be careful before ordering any types of popcorn from shams fast food , other items are also ok ok.
