Shambhu's Coffee Bar stands by the hindi one liner "Naam mein kya rakha hai". If someone tells me "Dude, today we will meet at 5:00 PM to chill with the gang at Shambhu's Coffee Bar", it will leave me with a straight face. The name is not appealing. But, their coffee sure is! They have got branches in Vadodara and other cities in gujarat as well.

While we the brothers grabbed our mocktails, the ladies grabbed their glasses of Special Cold Coffee (INR 45). Seriously? Rs. 45? After reading those bigger numbers back in Mumbai, Rs. 45 seems extremely petty. Even the cycle-waala coffee guy charges 20 bucks for a tiny glass of hot coffee. The cold coffee tasted pretty good. No compromises in the Milk-Ice ratio. Adequately sweet and strong. We really liked it.
