It's nice to order good coffee. A lot of people suppose that the staff is nice at this cafeteria. Fine service is something guests appreciate here.

Only Advice Please Keep Cold Water for Customer and please repair that AC which is not working. In this Summer Season You are not providing Cold Drinking Water and Your AC Not Working then Who will Be Seat in Your Cafe personally I Was There and within Few minutes I left. Not happy By Cafe as well the waiter also..So please Maintain the Brand Name and Quality of Shambhu ????

Food tastes bad. French fries were so oily and soggy. Bad food at such high price .
Coffee tastes normal which we make at home. Its not the franchise of the original shambhu's

-Customer service was not good.
- Manager was rude
- I had brownie which tasted bitter.

I told that to manager about the taste but he without tasting it ,rudely denied.
