giving one star, because I ordered a cold coffee with Bournvita, but what I received was a glass that was only half filled. This is completely unacceptable. I have no idea whether it was poorly prepared or tampered with during delivery. Such negligence raises serious concerns about hygiene and quality control. I expect Zomato to take this issue seriously and ensure it doesn’t happen again.

one of the best franchise of shambhu coffee bar. nice ambiance, couple friendly atmosphere. roof top ac nd non ac dine in. on 3rd floor lift available. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
