I recently ordered food from New Shama family restaurant Restaurant and the experience was extremely disappointing. The rotis were completely burnt and not even edible. The Mutton Nihari lacked flavor and quality—it felt like the food was packed in a hurry without any care or attention.It was a complete waste of money. I hope the restaurant improves its food quality and avoids repeating such poor service in the future.
