I’m extremely disappointed with my order of Chicken Chilli. The chicken was completely raw and unsafe to eat. This is not just poor service — it's a serious health hazard. Serving raw chicken shows a shocking lack of basic food safety standards and quality control. I expect a full refund and a proper explanation of how such a careless mistake was allowed to happen. Service is good. But needs improvement in taste and cleanliness. Kebabs were good but gravy was bit sweet. Also had a small baby insect wandering near our dining table. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered prawns biryani from the SHALIMAR RESTAURANT. Upon consuming the food, I discovered a live insect in the dish, which is not only unhygienic but also poses a serious health risk. The incident has caused me extreme distress and concern regarding food safety standards. I Never trust this hotel again. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
