I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant that left me with a sour taste. The service was incredibly slow, with waitstaff seeming disinterested and inattentive. They were sitting in group and gossiping instead of attending the customers! The ambience gets your mood down and there isn't Air Conditioning in "AC section ". Even if you tell them to switch it on, they'll say that it doesn't work whether it really does or doesn't. It took an eternity for our orders to arrive, and when they finally did, the food was underwhelming. The dishes lacked flavor and were poorly cooked. The presentation was sloppy, and it was evident that little effort was put into the preparation. To make matters worse, the prices were exorbitant for the low-quality food and subpar They even didn't provide Fingerbowl even after asking for it. Overall, it was a regrettable dining experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone...!
