Had an amazing meal at Hotel Shalimar! The fried rice had just the right balance of flavor and texture — not too oily, perfectly seasoned, and really satisfying. The Gobi Manchurian was crispy on the outside and soft inside, coated in a delicious tangy sauce. Great taste, good portion size, and quick service. Perfect place for Indo-Chinese food lovers!
