Visited Shakti Sagar recently, and honestly, the experience was quite disappointing — especially when it comes to service and cleanliness. The staff seemed highly unprofessional. A few boys working there looked underage (barely 14–15 years old) and appeared to be intoxicated while on duty. This is not just unsafe, but also deeply concerning — especially for a place that serves food. Cleanliness was also lacking. Tables were not wiped properly, and the hygiene standards were far from acceptable. If management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements.
