I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Sakthi. The service was extremely slow; I had to wait far too long to receive my order of 2 dosas and 4 idlis. Additionally, there was no proper communication from the Cashier, and their behavior was very unprofessional. Overall, it was a very unpleasant visit. Food: 2
