Really disappointing experience at this café. The staff was unfriendly and inattentive, which made us feel unwelcome. Hygiene was also a major issue — tables were dirty and overall cleanliness was poorly maintained. Not a place I’d recommend. Food: 2

After a very long time it's again visit in quarterly timing was my second visit, and the experience did not meet the quality standards usually associated with this café. Although the sandwich looked fully roasted, the bread felt stale and old, making it dry and crumbly. On an earlier dine-in visit, the food was served cold, which affected the overall food quality. There also seems to be a need for better hygiene and cleanliness. A transparent kitchen would help customers feel more confident about food safety. Charging GST is completely acceptable, but when prices increase, customers naturally expect better freshness and consistent quality. The staff service also felt less attentive than before, when the owner was more regularly present. Being part of a well-known café chain, this branch has strong potential but needs more focus on service standards, hygiene, and consistency.
